SOME OF THE MOST COMMON QUESTIONS WE GET:
How long does it take to get my photos back?
All photos and 3D Tours are delivered by 6:00 pm the next business day. Ex: all Thursday shoots are delivered by 6:00 pm on Friday at the latest. Friday shoots are delivered on Monday. Rush Delivery $50 add-on guarantees a 12:00 pm delivery time.
Do I need to be present for the shoot?
No, not unless you prefer to. If it’s your first shoot with us, we’d be more than happy to meet you on the site and get to know you better. Otherwise, we can access the home in one of these four ways:
1. Lockbox code
2. Door code or Garage code.
3. Supra eKey
4. Meet us onsite
Where are my photos?
Your photos will be uploaded to your personal account dashboard by 6 p.m. on the next business day after the shoot.
How can I make edits to my photos?
If you have an editing request on your photos, please reach out to our lead editor at sara@agnt.media.
How does the delivery process work?
All of our photos and videos are delivered to your personalized account.Create an account or log in here, and you can expect your video to be posted in about 2-3 business days. You should receive an email to notify you when your requested content has been posted.
How can I get my photos delivered sooner?
All photos and 3D Tours are guaranteed by 6:00pm the next business day after the shoot.We do have an option for Rush Delivery for $50 dollars to receive by Noon the next business day.
Can I schedule my shoot on a weekend?
Unfortunately, we do not work weekends and can only be booked Monday – Friday.
Can I book multiple units at one time?
Unfortunately, no. Our scheduling system requires that each property be booked separately. This allows us to properly account for availability in our photographers.
How do I download my photos?
After your shoot is complete and your photos have been edited, you’ll be able to access the images from the shoot.
